Explanations for condition classes and labels

We inspect every item individually! 💎
We classify them as follows:

With label

  • Supergood: New, no flaws in the glaze or on the label. A perfect mug 😍
  • Just fine: New, a small flaw on the label and/or in the glaze (Arabia: 1-quality. Finmug found a flaw)
    ❗ For non-mug items: Just fine = Standard, new, first-quality item from Arabia; not inspected by Finmug.

Without Label

  • Super good: unused, no flaws in the glaze
  • Just fine: in good condition, the glaze may have traces of use
  • Well used: really used or clearly 2-quality

Label options

  • Fin/Thai: The label says Iittala Group / Arabia.fi / product name
  • Finland: The label says Made in Finland⭐
  • Thailand: The label says Designed in Finland. Made in Thailand.
  • Thailand (Gold/Red/Green): 2017-2021 summer season mugs have also color options
  • Thailand (Package): Includes the mug’s original storage box.
