Uuden mukin kuvitus muistuttaa tyyliltään ensimmäistä Japanimukia (2019–2022). Muki on kuitenkin kokenut osittaisen uudistuksen: alaosan väritykseen on tehty pieniä muutoksia, kun taas mukin yläosa on täysin uusi. Kuvitus perustuu Tove Janssonin kirjaan Näkymätön lapsi ja muita kertomuksia vuodelta 1962. Tarkemmin mukiin on valittu kuvia kertomuksesta ”Hemuli, joka rakasti hiljaisuutta”. Tässä tarinassa Hemuli työskentelee huvipuistossa lippujen tarkastajana. Rankkasade kuitenkin hajottaa koko huvipuiston, jolloin Hemuli päättää muuttaa yksinäisyyteen isoäitinsä vanhaan puutarhaan. Lapset eivät kuitenkaan anna periksi, vaan keräävät hajonneen huvipuiston osat yhteen ja rakentavat huvipuiston uudelleen.

Mukissa näkyy runsaasti Muumilaakson tuttuja hahmoja, jotka juoksevat iloisesti tunnelmallisessa huvipuistomaisemassa. Pohjasta löytyy myös Arabian oman pohjaleiman lisäksi erityinen Moominvalley Park -logo.
