How to order

This is how you order

1. Click on the product you want to buy

2. Add one of the product options to the shopping cart

3. If you wish, select several products and go to the shopping cart

4. Click "Checkout

5. Enter personal information

6. Choose a shipping method  - the shipping address may be different from the customer's address

7. Choose a payment method

8. If you have a promotional coupon, enter it in the "Discount code" field

9. Press "Pay now" and make the payment according to the instructions of the selected payment method

10. Your order is ready - you will receive an order confirmation and information in your email as soon as we send the package

Delivery fees to different countries:

Finland: €8.90

Sweden, Denmark, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania: €12.90

Most European countries: €17.90 (DE, DK, AT, BE, NL, PL, CZ, SK, LX)

Other countries: The delivery price is shown at checkout, the price changes depending on the destination country and the number of products.

When buying from the online store, the customer has a 14-day right of return for the products he ordered. 

Quality criteria

We check each product separately and classify them into the following categories:

Sticky ones

  • Super good: unused, no flaws in the glaze or the sticker
  • Very good: unused, small flaw on sticker and/or glaze
  • Hard-wearing: unused, sticker in bad condition and/or a small dent in the product

Sticky ones

  • Super good: unused, no flaws in the glaze or the sticker
  • Very good: in good condition, the glaze may have traces of use - possible product-specific errors mentioned separately
  • Hard-wearing: really used or clearly second-rate - not broken unless otherwise noted

Sticker options

  • Other: The label says Iittala Group / Arabia.fi / product name
  • Made in Finland: The label says Made in Finland
  • Made in Thailand: The label says Designed in Finland. Made in Thailand.
  • As well as several sticker colors in the new summer season mugs

We do not always have all product options in stock. We are constantly acquiring more products.

In the product description, it is explained which options exist for the product. Product images are example images. Pictures taken of product defects are also examples, unless the product text states that the pictures are of the product in question.
