Information about us

Finmug Vote is a Finnish family business. Originally in umimukit were just a hobby and there was no knowledge of business. We were just thinking of getting different Moomin mugs for our own use. It became expensive for the students to buy them, so we sold a few of the more valuable mugs. We soon noticed that the money invested in them had already been returned, but there were still Moomin mugs in the cupboard.

Then we started buying and selling Moomin mugs in Finland. Later, we heard by chance that there was also a market for Moomin mugs abroad. We decided to try selling Moomin mugs outside of Finland as well. Soon the operation started to resemble business and we decided to establish our own limited company called Finmug Oy. The name is in English because we sell goods mainly abroad. The prefix Fin refers to Finnishness, but when translated into Swedish it means "fine, beautiful". So we sell great mugs! Action idea

Our goal is to sell Moomin products around the world with a very good selection. We want to offer Moomin products to collectors at a reasonable price, from used items to products in excellent condition with various features. With thousands of products sold, we have satisfied customers, e.g. In Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Germany.

For sale

In the Moomin world, the main product is often in umimukit. In addition to them, we also want to offer other Moomin products, such as Moomin bowls, plates, jugs, figurines and cutlery.

Let's buy

We buy mainly large quantities of Moomin products at a time. We pick up the products from the Oulu region, but also from other parts of Finland on a case-by-case basis. So, if you are thinking of selling your collection, feel free to contact us (info@finmug.fi), and we will make you an offer!

Transmission

Almost all of our products arrive to the customer by mail. The products are easily breakable, so we pack them very well. Recycling is important to us, so we initially used recyclable materials where possible, such as shoe boxes and newspaper. Because of this, each package was unique, inside and out. After the number of packages increased, we were forced to use purchased cardboard.

Quality

Customer satisfaction is important to us. We want the customer to receive exactly the product he ordered. Therefore, the customer has the opportunity to choose a product that suits his needs from a wide fitness category menu. Our used products are not perfect, but they are significantly cheaper than our sticker collectibles in mint condition.

We check the condition of each product before shipping, so that the customer gets what he ordered. So far, we have received almost only positive feedback about the quality of the products and customer service.
