Refund policy

When ordering from the online store, the product can be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Before returning, please contact us at info@finmug.fi.

If the reason for the return is not due to Finmug's actions, the customer pays the shipping and return postage costs + the finance institution's commission (usually 1-4% of the total order) + a €5 handling fee.

Sometimes a package gets lost in the mail. If delivery of the package takes more than 3 weeks, it may have gone missing. Please contact us no later than 6 weeks from when the package was sent. Otherwise, we are unable to claim compensation from the freight company, and therefore cannot reimburse the customer for the lost package.
