The Yellow Hemulen Moomin Mug (0.3L) has been available since 2023.

Known as a botanist, Hemulen has received a new interpretation in 2023 with the release of Arabia's latest yellow Moomin mug! And at this point, we might breathe a sigh of relief, as fans of Hemulen had been waiting for years: the last Hemulen character mug was discontinued in 2013. Hemulen had to wait ten long years for his new appearance on a Moomin mug.

Now Hemulen returns in all his glory, and this new yellow Moomin mug captures attention with its delicious color world. The illustration is based on Tove Jansson's masterpiece "Hobgoblins Hat" from 1948. In this story, the Moomins adventure on the Hattifatteners' island, with Hemulen, the passionate botanist, in tow. Digging deeper into Hemulen's story, we find he wasn't always a friend of plants. Imagine Hemulen, melancholic because he has achieved his dream of collecting a perfect stamp collection. And now he has nothing to do. No, until Moomintroll and Snorkmaiden inspire him with a new passion: plants!

An interesting detail: the mug's base proudly bears Hemulen's English name "Hemulen". Interestingly, this name also works in Swedish and Norwegian!
