Separately, in good lighting. Our moomin mugs come from private individuals as well as directly from the factory. Each moomin mug is checked before it is sold here in our online shop. We check the moomin mug to see what kind of base stamp and sticker it has and what condition the mug is in. We also do a condition check on mugs with label, because often Arabia's 1-quality products have aesthetic factory defects. Finmug is the only online shop where mugs are also checked for factory defects. Just for you.

We check each product separately and classify them into the following categories:

With label

• Super good: unused, no flaws in the glaze or the label
• Just fine: unused, small flaw on sticker and/or glaze
  
  Labelless
• Super good: unused, no flaws in the glaze
• Just fine: in good condition, the glaze may have traces of use
• Well used: really used or clearly second-rate
  
  Label options
• Fin/Thai: : The label says Iittala Group / Arabia.fi / product name / Designed in Finland
  (so not country of manufacture)
• Finland: The label says Made in Finland
• Thailand: The label says Designed in Finland. Made in Thailand.
