The Stinky Moomin mug (0.3L) is a collectible mug that was in production from 2001 to 2021.
The gray Stinky Moomin mug is a valuable collectible that was in production for a remarkably long time, from 2001 to 2021. This mug offers a chance to own something special: it's one of the few Moomin mugs that can be found with a crown year stamp. Particularly valuable are the Stinky mugs with the 2001 stamp in good condition.
The mug's illustration is taken from Tove and Lars Jansson's comic #17 Moomintroll and the Comet, and was designed by Tove Slotte. Stinky is depicted on the mug carrying bottles, as if he had been thieving — a moment that truly captures Stinky's character!
Stinky is a troublesome yet relatable character, making the mug a perfect addition to any Moomin mug collection. Stinky is unique, as he and the Police Inspector are the only characters in Arabia's Moomin mugs who appear only in the comics and not in Tove Jansson's original novels.
This mug was the last original character mug from the 2000s still in production until it was discontinued in 2021. Don't miss out on this collectible rarity!
