Stinky doesn’t just pull cheeky pranks—he also saves the day! On this mug, Stinky is the hero as he rescues Moominmamma’s handbag from a playful dog’s teeth. Yes, you read that right! Although the valley’s rascal has a reputation as a thief, Moominmamma’s handbag is off-limits. Heroic deeds aren’t an everyday sight, but with this mug you can enjoy one every morning!

The illustration is based on two classic Tove Jansson comic strips: “We Start a New Life” (1956) and “Club Life in Moominvalley” (1957). On the base, in addition to the By Arabia backstamp, you’ll find Stinky’s name in English, “Stinky.” Fun fact: Stinky’s name is the same in Swedish and Norwegian, too.
