”Dive” is the summer season moomin mug (0.3L) from 2006.

In 2006, the Arabia Moomin mug collection witnessed a historic addition when the first summer season mug, Dive, was launched. This mug not only initiated the tradition of releasing summer season mugs annually but is also part of the first set of six mugs, affectionately called "stripe mugs" due to their striped design. This mug features an illustration designed by Tove Slotte, taken directly from Tove Jansson's comic strip "Moomin's Winter Follies", showcasing Moomintroll's dive. The combination of blue, light blue, and green creates water hues and a maritime mood in the mug.

Interestingly, Arabia produced a special version of the Dive mug, depicting corals and seashells, named "Dive with Shells". However, this version never reached official sales. Even though the shell design was scrapped, a small batch of these mugs was already manufactured. These mugs were distributed to Arabia factory staff and are believed to be extremely rare - only about a dozen exist. The production quantity of the 2006 season mugs was significantly lower than in subsequent years, making the Dive, especially the version with a label, sought after among collectors.
