Finally, after over 5 years of waiting, we have the Fazer mug in stock! This individual mug is unused and has been stored on a shelf. We purchased it from the original owner, who bought the mug from the Fazer Café in 2004.
The mug is therefore unused. It has been photographed separately so you can ensure it’s in excellent condition.
Fazer mugs were never produced with a label, which is why this mug is also label-free.

The Fazer Moomin mug is the rarest and most valuable Moomin mug ever sold to the public. It was produced in 2004 at the request of Karl Fazer Café in a numbered edition of only 400 pieces, of which the first 20 were gifted to the Fazer family. On the bottom of this mug, which was made in Finland, you'll find both the Arabia Finland stamp and the mug’s unique serial number. The mug was sold without a label, packaged in cellophane or a plastic box. The series also includes a matching plate released later.
Although the "Diving with Shells" mug is even rarer and more valuable, it was never intended for sale, which makes the Fazer mug the most sought-after collectible among Moomin mug fans.

The illustration on the Fazer mug is based on a Christmas advertisement drawn by Tove Jansson for Fazer in the 1950s, which was unexpectedly discovered in Fazer’s archives. The ad was originally published in the magazine Garm. Initially, the mug was not a sales success, so staff at the Fazer Café began wrapping the mugs in decorative cellophane to boost sales. However, Moomin collectors soon realized the rarity of the mug, and its value has steadily increased ever since.
