Snorkmaiden Pink Moomin mug was in production 2013–2019.

There are two different stickers for this mug. The same series also includes a plate, bowl, and coffee spoon.

The Pink Snorkmaiden mug was released in 2013 to follow the yellow Snorkmaiden mug that had been discontinued the year before. Production continued until 2019, when the pink colour was replaced by lilac. Because of the light background, tiny factory flaws (like small dots) show easily, so Finmug inspects these very carefully and only some pieces reach the top condition grade.

Tove Slotte designed the artwork to highlight Snorkmaiden’s character and sense of style. On one side she is getting ready in front of a mirror; on the other she walks with jewellery and a handbag. The imagery is based on Tove & Lars Jansson’s comic #16 Moomin and the Sense of Duty and Tove Jansson’s comic #8 Starting a New Life.

  • Just fine: in good condition, the glaze may have traces of use
  • Well used: really used or clearly 2-quality

  • Fin/Thai: The label says Iittala Group / Arabia.fi / product name
  • Finland: The label says Made in Finland⭐
  • Thailand: The label says Designed in Finland. Made in Thailand.
  • Thailand (Gold/Red/Green): 2017-2021 summer season mugs have also color options
  • Thailand (Package): Includes the mug’s original storage box.
