Relaxing Moomin mug is Arabia’s summer season mug from 2020, whose calm artwork is perfect for laid-back summer days. The Relaxing series also includes a plate and two spoons. Designed in Finland and made in Thailand, the mugs have a year stamp on the base, and three different label colours were produced. Because of the light, solid background, even small factory flaws are easy to see, which makes flawless pieces especially sought after.
Among collectors, appreciation for Relaxing has been steadily growing—making it a good choice both for daily use and as a future investment.

The 2020 summer mug Relaxing brings the unhurried mood of the Moomins straight to your home. The illustration is based on Tove Jansson’s classic comic “Garden Party” (Fi: Viidakkoelämää), where the Moomin family spends a sunny day together in their garden. Moominmamma loves sleeping outdoors and enjoys the whole family lounging together. Moomintroll and Snorkmaiden rest under a shared blanket, while Moominpappa takes it easy in his hammock.

Relaxing is part of the significant #OURSEA campaign held to celebrate the Moomins’ 75th anniversary in cooperation with the John Nurminen Foundation. One euro from every mug sold is donated to help the Baltic Sea—towards a cleaner sea and the protection of its unique cultural heritage.
