Beige Fillyjonk Moomin mug was in production from 2004 to 2013, with a matching bowl and plate in the same series. The label says only “Fillyjonk”, but after the new grey Fillyjonk mug appeared in 2020, the color was added to distinguish it, so it is now commonly known as “Beige Fillyjonk”. Especially valuable are mugs with a “Made in Finland” label, as they are rarer than the versions made in Thailand. Due to today’s very limited availability, the Beige Fillyjonk mug is a relatively valuable collectible.

The mug shows a typical, slightly strict Fillyjonk. The image on the back comes from the short story “The Fillyjonk Who Believed in Disasters” in “Tales from Moominvalley”. Additional figures were chosen from comic strip #6. The composition for the mug was created by Tove Slotte. This beige mug left production in 2013, and the next Fillyjonk mug did not appear until 2020.

  • Finland: The label says Made in Finland⭐
  • Thailand: The label says Designed in Finland. Made in Thailand.
