The Moomin Mug: Family Time (2025–) is Arabia’s 2025 novelty, replacing the earlier “Family” mug. The same series includes a wide variety of products such as a bowl, several plates in different sizes, and other accessories. Due to its light background color, possible factory flaws such as small dots are easily visible, which makes truly flawless pieces rarer finds. These mugs are designed in Finland and manufactured in Thailand.

On the base of the entire tableware collection stands the elegant Moomin 80 anniversary stamp, celebrating the long history of the Moomins. This mug is a perfect addition to any Moomin collection or as a gift for loved ones who value precious family moments.

The Moomin Mug: Family Time (2025–) differs from many earlier continuously produced mugs in that its illustration shows several Moominvalley residents together at once. The artwork is based on Tove Jansson’s 1955 comic Moomin Family, where Moominmamma and Moominpappa find the long-lost Moomintroll at the mercy of the sea and return home together. The central theme of the mug is family moments, love, and happiness. In the Family Time mug, the Moomin family spends time in their garden and ventures around Moominvalley. The warmth of the illustration makes this mug especially beautiful and beloved. A nearly identical mug with the same artwork was also released in Japan under the name Finally at Home.
