The background illustration is taken directly from Tove Jansson's novel "The Magician's Hat". This comic was the last that Tove Jansson wrote and drew for the Evening News newspaper, making it even more special in Moomin history.
Tove Slotte has worked her magic by skillfully combining these illustrations, and the result is a mug that is both a piece of tableware and Moomin heritage.
