ABC Moomintroll Moomin mug was in production only in 2022, but its popularity wasn’t very high, so it remained available in shops for years.
When the ABC Moomintroll mug was released, ABC Snufkin launched at the same time. The Mooments of Kindness release isn’t just mugs; it also includes bowls, plates, and small plates. In addition, for every item sold, Arabia donates one euro to the Finnish Red Cross’ friend activities, making collecting even more meaningful.

The ABC Moomintroll Moomin mug is part of the Mooments of Kindness collection, which celebrated its launch on Tove Jansson’s birthday, 09.08.2022. The launch was special due to its limited batch. This special collection was created to honour the illustrations Tove Jansson made in the 1960s for the Finnish Red Cross—images that once enlivened schoolchildren’s timetables. The mug features Jansson’s distinctive artwork: Moomintroll on his ladder, Little My with her broom, red flowers, and Snufkin by a campfire.

  • Well used: really used or clearly 2-quality

  • Fin/Thai: The label says Iittala Group / Arabia.fi / product name
  • Finland: The label says Made in Finland⭐
  • Thailand: The label says Designed in Finland. Made in Thailand.
  • Thailand (Gold/Red/Green): 2017-2021 summer season mugs have also color options
  • Thailand (Package): Includes the mug’s original storage box.
